(Kaysaywaysemat) Rising Sun is a project designed to run from September 2005 to March 31, 2006.

Its purpose is to create a systematic plan to repatriate, integrate and to develop where necessary, all Aboriginal restorative justice and offender rehabilitation programs and services for Aboriginal people from the GTA or who want to live in the GTA to the local Aboriginal community through the Toronto Métis Council and its Aboriginal partners.
